What types of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Do you have shops or just an online shop?
We don't have any physical shops. We only sell online at the moment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world * International orders are subject to import, customs and duties charges, which are applied once your shipment reaches the destination country. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information on your country's specific policies, please contact your local customs office. All taxes, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local carrier may be able to give you information on the method of payment accepted for duties, taxes and other charges levied on delivery.
Do we need to sign for delivery?
You don't need to sign for or even be present for the delivery of your order.
Where do you ship products from?
We ship from our warehouses in the USA, UK, Singapore and China. We work directly with reliable suppliers around the world, enabling us to pass on savings directly to our customers and offer them exceptional products at very competitive prices.
We sample every item and even visit factories to ensure the highest quality and sustainable practices.
How long before my product is dispatched?
2-3 working days will be required before your product is dispatched.
What is the estimated delivery date (EDD)?
Depending on your location, delivery may take between 7 and 30 days. Rest assured that we will send you your tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.
How do I return and replace my product?
We firmly believe in the quality of our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply send it back to us and we will refund your money or exchange your product (the decision is yours), for up to 30 days, no questions asked.Please contact us first by email at (email) and we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.
